Hummus Cooking Tank

Double-walled used to obtain soft chickpeas after boiling.
The walls of the tank are thermally insulated and the heating process is done by steam or electric current.
It is equipped with a motor with a continuous stirring scraper, in addition to a rapid mixing motor that grinds chickpeas and mixes them with the product.
All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel 304.
Available in multiple sizes to suit small and large laboratories
