Continuous System Solid Ice Cream Machine
- Self Continuous Freezer for Ice Cream Production, with Gear Pumps.
- The turbine, hollow type with a stainless steel grooved shaft, equipped with scraper blades also of stainless steel, thanks to the rotation at a high speed, produces ice cream with a smooth and creamy structure.
- At the bottom is the double gear pump assembly
- The first pump to pump the ice cream mixture (in a liquid solution at 4 °C) into the freezing drum;
- The second is to empty the ice cream from the cylinder.
- Both pumps are equipped with independent reducer
- Controlled by PLC panel for setting and controlling production parameters, such as quantity, bypass and viscosity.
- The pump body is made of one piece, equipped with pneumatic bypass for perfect CIP cleaning.
- The bypass air, which is measured by a mass flowmeter and then filtered, is injected directly into the freezing cylinder, to obtain ice cream with a volume increase from 30% to 140%.
- Pressure cylinder is controlled automatically.
