Brush Type Vegetables and Fruits Washing Machine

The brush washing machine is suitable for washing various round type fruits and vegetables. Brush washer is configured with high quality brush rollers and high pressure water spraying cleaning system. Water could be recycle used with water tank and filter system. Brush washer could be used separately or work together with air bubble washer and air blower drying machine.

This machine washes vegetables and fruits by brushes that have special bristles on cylinders and side panels, with a total of 8 brushes in the chamber.

• A separate driving motion is given to each brush.
• There is a conveyor belt with carrier wings at the exit of the machine which takes the products out of water.
• The products are transported by the opposite rotation of cylinders on both sides. The products which remain on the edges are also cleaned with a rough-edged brush.
• Work speed can be adjusted according to capacity and flow.
• It is made of high quality AISI 304 stainless steel.
