Ingredients the Olive Oil Bread:

2 1/2 cups self elevating flour
2 tsp. Sugar
1 packet fast rising yeast
5 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 eggs
2 cups heat water
1 tsp Nigella seeds (optionally available)

Method:
In an enormous bowl add heat water, Olive Oil, yeast, sugar and eggs. Whisk till properly mix. Add the flour mixing with a spatula till the dough is easy and barely sticky.
Cover the bowl with clingfilm and depart to develop at room temperature for half-hour to an hour.
